How long does onboarding take?

You can create your account and begin self-serve setup right away, with guided walkthroughs.
The time to get your team ready depends on your houses, resident records, and any data you’re bringing over. Free training is available, and we’ll confirm a migration timeline with you before the move.

Are there setup fees or other costs?

Nope, self-serve setup has no setup fee and optional training is free, if needed.
Your subscription is priced per bed, with unlimited staff users included. If you’re moving data from another system, we’ll confirm the scope and any migration details before you start.

Do residents have to pay to download the app?

No. The resident app is free to download, and resident portal access is included in your organization’s Diamond plan. Invite residents so they can complete account setup and sign in. They can also use the web portal.
