Your staff and the residents your organization selects can communicate through Oathtrack Chat. Residents do not need to be added to your personal phone contacts.
Do we need a separate Chat login?
Use your existing Oathtrack email and password for Chat. Staff use their staff login details, and participating residents use their resident login details. There is no separate Chat password to manage. Staff can also open Chat directly from their Oathtrack dashboard.
Do staff need to share personal phone numbers?
No. Staff and selected residents can message each other through Oathtrack Chat. Direct house communication to Chat instead of personal text messages, and set clear expectations with residents about when your team responds.
Can we communicate across multiple houses?
Yes. Oathtrack Chat connects people across your organization, with private messages and group conversations for the people involved.
What can we share?
Share photos, videos, files, and events alongside your messages. Chat attachments are shared in the conversation; they are not automatically added to a resident’s chart.

Oathtrack Chat has its own app and browser access at chat.oathtrack.com, using your existing Oathtrack login. Visit the apps page for access and download links.
